What exactly does cellular health mean?
Behind every organ, our blood, brain/body movement, skin and every single part of our body and its ability to function is due to our cells. Our entire existence is based on cellular structures within the whole body. The healthier our cells are, the better our bodies and minds can operate and we also feel better.
Healthy cells should like the one above on the right. Plump, hydrated and full. This is a hydrated and well-nourished cell. The one on the left is dehydrated, sickly and undernourished. How well we function and feel depends on the state of our cells within each organ and body system.
How do healthy cells become sick?
Repetitive stress exposure, every day toxins and an unhealthy lifestyle can lead to dehydrated, undernourished and lethargic cells. This creates sickly/damaged cells that become worn out and then retire. While our bodies can produce new cells every day, as we age, this process becomes less efficient. If we are not taking care of our bodies, new cells can become damaged more quickly leading to mental illness, chronic disease, burnout and physical limitations.
What can we do?
While leading a healthy lifestyle and sleeping well will certainly have a positive effect on your health, the every day toxicity we are exposed to can leave our cells vulnerable to pathogen attacks and fatigue. Cells require water, oxygen and nutrients to function properly and release waste. Healthy cells will then absorb any surrounding nutrients if they are available.
Detoxing periodically to remove waste
Detoxifies at the cellular level while boosting immunity; also excellent for combatting inflammation and pain. Moves toxins from the cells and organs and brings them to the surface of the body to be sweated out and via regular elimination. Once toxicity is lessened, weight loss and fat reduction become much easier.
Detox Foot Bath
Our newest service is becoming a favorite. The extremely low amperage energizes the water in the foot bath, creating ions in the water. ONLY the charged ions travel through the feet into the body and recharge the sickly lethargic cells within the body (no electricity goes into the body, this is a ONE-WAY SINGLE POLARITY system; nothing going in, only out). Once those cells are charged, they are stimulated to release waste and then have room to absorb water and nutrients. This is an excellent way to release waste from the lymph system which can be difficult to detoxify.
Using a skin brush to gently brush the skin all over the body surface towards the heart will stimulate and move the lymph to then be eliminated. Best to do this before going into the shower and drink plenty of water
You can also use a rebounder (small trampoline) to gently jump which also moves the lymph system. To avoid feeling nauseous, drink plenty of water.
It is extremely important to ensure you are taking in enough clean filtered water while detoxing; preferably alkalinized or remineralized water. This will help toxins to be continually eliminated via kidneys and colon. It will also rehydrate the cells to become plumper and healthier.
After removing waste and heavy metals, the cells need to be nourished. At the very least, some trace minerals added to regular water or optimally, a cell food supplement. We offer both of these at Salt:
Incorporating at least some trace minerals will replenish any minerals lost during the detoxification process. Even without detoxifying, most people today are mineral deficient anyway due to less nutrient availability in farmed crops, demineralized water during processing and lack of vitamin and mineral intake. Trace minerals can feed your body the essential nutrients required to absorb other vitamins and minerals whether from food or supplements. These are very affordable.
The cell complete is a whole cell food which combines trace minerals with pumpkin seed protein to ensure cells are also receiving plant amino acids, especially important if you are a vegetarian or vegan. Combined with naturally dissolving oxygen, this is the perfect cell food to assist in keeping cells functioning optimally to release waste and readily absorb oxygen, water and nutrients. Ideally, incorporating a whole cell food is recommended to support cellular health and improve pain, fatigue, mental clarity and overall well being. Our health begins with our cells!
Oxygen treatments can alkalize cells, reducing acidity in the body, while also encouraging healing. You can also simply incorporate a cell food containing small amounts of oxygen. The Cell Complete mentioned above is naturally oxygenated with the dissolved oxygen derived from the motion of the ocean water. Click here for more information on this fantastic product.

I used these 6 months to provide steps and stages of how and where diseases can sometimes stem from and how to manage certain diseases or chronic issues on your own. Especially now with Covid hogging doctors and hospitals, it is more important than ever to take your health into your own hands and be proactive in managing it for longevity and fewer symptoms. While we will never be able to completely get away from all toxicity and stress, I hope I have encouraged you to look at the power and control one has over certain aspects of life and where to find resources for support if and when needed. At the end of the day, we just want to feel good so we can do the things we need and want to do and enjoy life. Here’s to a healthier and happier YOU in this new year!
