Privacy Policy

We care about your privacy and this policy has been developed to safeguard your personal information while you are using our site. In this Policy we explain how we collect, use, communicate and disclose your personal and other forms of information.

Personal Information Records

When you create an online account to book a service or purchase something from our online store, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, phone number and birthdate.

1. With your permission, we may send you emails about our monthly specials, new products, health news and other updates.

2. When you provide us with personal information to complete a booking, make a purchase, or verify your credit card, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. Your information is never forwarded or used for anything else.

3. We do not use, share, sell or rent your personal information outside of Salt Wellness without consent, unless ordered to do so by a court of law.

4. Third Party Services – The third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us (purchases in store by Moneris and online purchases by Paysafe). These third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, you may refer to their privacy policies to understand the how your personal information will be handled by them. Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

5. We only collect and use customer information that is necessary to verify your identity, enable you to setup an online account to manage your service bookings; identify your preferences; deliver requested products and services to you; and to allow us to contact you in relation to your bookings. We also collect customer information to be used for marketing purposes. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

6. We use an online registration and booking platform provided by MINDBODY (mindbodyonline.com). When you book a service from the Salt Wellness website, you will be redirected to Mindbody and asked to create an account. You will then be able to select your service preference and time preferences for your booking. Salt Wellness is in no way affiliated with MINDBODY and it is important that you understand that when you register for a float you will be subject to both this Policy, and also MINDBODY’s privacy policy. You can find a copy of MINDBODY’s privacy policy at the bottom left-hand corner when you are directed to their portal.

7. Any credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. (We can only see the last 4 digits once entered). Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all the necessary requirements and implement the industry standards for safety and privacy. Any online purchases are processed through Paysafe.

Refund Policy


There is no refund on services packages. You do have one year to use any unused packages on your account (some restrictions may apply: ie Black Friday or blowout specials may expire in 6 months). 

Should there be a medical problem, we can exchange the services for you (some restrictions may apply and some exchanges may require an add on fee).


If there is a problem with your product, we will accept returns up to 30 days from the day of purchase. This excludes some personal and health care items. You must bring the item being refunded into the store.

Gift Cards:

There is no refund on gift cards however you may use the value of the card towards any service and/or product. If a gift card expires for a specific service or package purchased, that service/package will no longer be eligible at any special pricing at the time of gift card purchase, however the value of the gift card never expires and may be used towards the regular price of that service/package.
