Floatation is a practice that allows you to experience the healing effects of deep rest and weightlessness as you effortlessly float in super-saturated salt water, free from the distractions of all of your senses. The water you float in is 10 inches deep, infused with 900 pounds of Epsom salt, and is heated to the exact temperature of your skin, so you can experience a complete feeling of separation from your body, freeing your mind to open up new areas of exploration. If you suffer from back, neck or joint pain, or are seeking a natural way to renew your mind, have a creative breakthrough, improve your athletic performance, or develop an inner sense of peace, sensory deprivation float therapy is a natural, healthy way to achieve that balance. Floatation is the ultimate in stress relief!
