My journey of self-discovery, physical, and spiritual healing began in 2010, when I studied and practiced yoga in Russia. I explored various other yoga disciplines such as Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and Chinese joint gymnastics. In 2019, I delved deeper into women’s health, and obtained certificates in Women’s Health and Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. I now have a “200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training” (Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga) from Vancouver as well. I studied “The Basics of Thai Massage” and “Burmese Anti-Stress Head Massage” at the SIAM Professional Massage School and in 2021, I was fortunate to integrate my knowledge of body work, the benefits of yoga, massage, and meditation by studying Tibetan singing bowl massage in the tradition of Tsering Ngodrub with Victor Ogui. I was deeply interested in the potential of working with singing bowls and the impact of vibration and sound on the body. I continued my education in this field, undergoing further training and receiving a Certificate of Additional Education from the Far Eastern Massage and SPA Academy in this program. I also became a master of Distance-Acoustic Practices with Singing Bowls and Acoustic Yoga (Yoga of Sound. Nada Yoga). I look forward to expanding more client awareness around this amazing treatment and the positive effects it has on the nervous system and mental, emotional and physical well being.
