Klara's focus is on promoting overall well-being and relaxation through personalized care. She had the privilege of working with a wide variety of patients, and is particularly passionate about exploring the connection between massage and mental health. In her practice, she use medium-pressure Swedish massage techniques, myofascial release, and gentle therapeutic stretching to address physical tension. Additionally, Klara incorporates hydrotherapy, and hot stones are a core part of most of my treatments to enhance relaxation and healing. Outside of work, Klara spends her time with her three boys and husband and spends time on various sports fields cheering them on. Klara enjoys staying active and enjoying the outdoors in her spare time.
