Meet Lehla our passionate health & wellness professional. She has decades of experience in various holistic health and wellness modalities. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and Certified General Accountant (CGA), she embarked on a mission to share her knowledge and experience, helping others achieve optimal health. To realize this vision, she acquired Salt Wellness Centre, aiming to expand its reach and offer unique healing services, including infrared sauna, detox foot bath, floatation therapy pods, and halo salt therapy treatments. Lehla has also assembled a diverse team of practitioners, including registered massage therapists, acupuncturist, osteopath, kinesiologist, a holistic healing therapist and a somatic trauma therapist. Salt Wellness Centre collaborates with a naturopath and a Thai massage therapist, all anchored by Lehla's extensive experience and commitment to helping others. As the Centre's Health Executive Director, Lehla offers personalized health coaching, guiding her clients through a restorative journey to good health.

The foot pads work by pulling/drawing toxicity out of the large pores in your feet. It encourages release from your organs, cells and lymphatic system. Old stagnant toxicity can accumulate within the lymphatic system causing uncomfortable symptoms including lethargy, acne, IBS, fatigue and overall ill health. Our bodies are so overwhelmed with toxins in this modern industrial age that the body loses its ability to remove them naturally. This is where gentle detoxification encouraged from the herbs within the foot pads, can help you release and feel better.
The foot pads do not contain fillers and are the best quality. Tips for you when you first try these are to put 3 pads on each foot the first night: on your toes, on your arches and on your heels. In the morning, look at the pads and see what area of your foot is leeching out the most “goo” and then on the subsequent nights, focus on the area that you observed is pulling out the most toxins. That is the correlating area of your body that may be containing the most toxins. You are welcome to put 3 pads on each foot per night, or as you see fit. There is no “right” way to use these pads. CAUTION: if you are allergic to mushrooms or shellfish, please be very cautious when using this product, as it contains those ingredients.
