A short guided community meditation facilitated by Jenna offering a simple space to pause, settle, and regulate through stillness, breath, and presence. Available in person at Salt Wellness or virtually.

Time: 8:30 am - 9 am
Doors open at 8:15 a.m. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle into the space and get comfortable. Meditation will begin on time.
In-person and virtual offering (please call us for virtual option). Participants are welcome to bring their own meditation cushion, blanket, or preferred prop (limited props available)
