This guide will introduce you to the essentials of forest bathing and guide you toward a calmer, more relaxed, and healthier version of yourself.

What is Forest Bathing?
Forest bathing, known as shinrin-yoku in Japanese, involves slowing down, being present, and engaging all your senses with the sights, sounds, and aromas of a forest. It’s a mindful, intentional way to connect with nature, fostering a profound bond with the natural world while enhancing overall well-being.

Fall into a deep state of relaxation with our guided movement meditation and sound therapy session using beautiful instruments, including crystal singing bowls, chimes, Tibetan bowls, the gong, ocean drum and native drum. This healing event features three hours of nourishment with somatic yoga and sound. Included in the price is a light snack and custom tea elixir blend, and you will enjoy time for connecting with the land at this amazing farm setting in Surrey/Langley.

About Sound Healing:
Singing bowls have been used for centuries in spiritual ceremonies, as well as for meditation. The sound and vibration can help participants achieve a state of deep relaxation. Research conducted in 2020 found that singing bowl therapy leads to improved mental, emotional and physical health.

About your Facilitators:
Jenna is a Somatic Counsellor, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner. Her authentic and heart-centered leadership is deeply rooted in the sacred teachings of a mixture of wisdom traditions. Her private sessions and workshops aim to help people release deep-seated trauma, and then anchor them within a safe, nurturing community where they can practice their new skills and gain further support.
Suzie Severson is a Reiki, CranioSacral PEMF and Sound Therapist who has been practicing for eight years. She is a caring, compassionate and empathetic person. She creates a safe and relaxing environment to help assist people with trauma and pain through these healing modalities so they can get back to the life they intended with ease.
