A Mini Retreat for Body, Mind & Spirit Step away from the everyday and join us for a 2.5 hour holistic wellness experience designed to refresh and restore you from the inside out. You’ll begin with a 60 minute invigorating Barre Fitness class to energize your body, then enjoy tea, light refreshments, and connection with others. We’ll gently transition into a guided meditation, and flow into an immersive sound bath to calm the nervous system and leave you deeply relaxed and restored.
