Jessica is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) who believes healing unfolds when people are supported in reconnecting with their whole selves. She creates a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed environment where clients have space to gently explore life’s challenges with curiosity and compassion. With a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a background in kinesiology, yoga therapy, and integrative mental health, Jessica brings a uniquely holistic perspective to psychotherapy. Her work thoughtfully weaves contemporary psychotherapy with the therapeutic principles and practices of yoga, honouring the interconnectedness of mind, body, spirit, and lived experience.
She is also trained in Observed Experiential Integration (OEI), a brain-based, somatic modality for trauma processing that complements her work with clients experiencing trauma and nervous system dysregulation. Recognizing that every client is unique, Jessica tailors therapy to the individual, drawing from psychotherapy and yoga therapy in ways that honour each person’s needs, pace, and readiness. Sessions may be entirely conversational or, when appropriate, incorporate experiential practices that invite clients to engage through reflection and direct experience, fostering deeper awareness, integration, and meaningful transformation.
