Acupuncture is a traditional therapy rooted in East Asian medicine that stimulates specific points on the body to support natural healing, regulate body systems, and restore balance.
At our clinic, acupuncture is often combined with osteopathic techniques to provide a more comprehensive and integrative approach to care.
Acupuncture may support a wide range of conditions, including:
Treatment focuses on improving function, reducing discomfort, and supporting overall well-being.
Song has a quite gentle and minimal approach, typically using fewer than 10 very fine needles, mainly on the hands, feet, and below the knees (five shu points).

Acupuncture primarily involves the use of very fine, single-use sterile needles, often much thinner than those used for injections. Most patients find the treatment comfortable and well tolerated.
At our clinic, we emphasize a gentle and minimally painful approach, making acupuncture suitable even for patients who are sensitive or new to treatment.
For those who prefer a non-invasive option, we also offer:
This allows patients to choose a treatment style that best matches their comfort level.
To enhance treatment outcomes, acupuncture may be combined with additional supportive therapies, including:
Percussive therapy (handheld device) – to relieve muscle tension and improve mobility
Herbal inhalation therapy (TCM-based vapor therapy) – a gentle, non-invasive approach using herbal vapor to support respiratory function, sinus comfort, and overall system regulation

This (TCM-Based Vapor Therapy) is a gentle, non-invasive therapy using herbal vapor inhalation to support respiratory comfort, sinus function, and overall system regulation.
Patients inhale a mild herbal vapor through a nasal tube for approximately 30 minutes.
You can expect a light herbal aroma (generally well tolerated) and a comfortable, relaxing experience. This therapy may support sinus congestion, nasal discomfort, seasonal sensitivities, and overall balance.
It may be used on its own or as a complementary therapy alongside acupuncture or osteopathic treatment, depending on patient needs.
Add-on Pricing & Use
First-time trial add-on to acupuncture is $10, and subsequent add-on fee is $20. There is no add-on fee when combined with an osteopathy treatment.
Please inform the front desk at check-in if you would like to add this option, as add-ons are not available for online booking.
In practice, inhalation therapy will mainly be used as a supportive add-on. If additional treatment is needed during the session, it can be naturally combined or transitioned into acupuncture or osteopathic treatment based on the patient’s condition.

Acupuncture therapy is an ancient healing practice that originated in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It involves inserting thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body, known as acupuncture points, to stimulate the body's natural healing processes. These points are located along pathways called meridians, which are believed to be channels through which vital energy, or "qi" (pronounced "chee"), flows. When this energy is disrupted or blocked, it can lead to pain, illness, or emotional imbalance. Acupuncture aims to restore the flow of qi, promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
