Services: There are no refunds on service packages. You do have 1 year to use any unused packages on your account (some restrictions may apply: ie Black Friday or blowout specials may expire in 6 months). Should there be a medical problem, we can exchange the services for you (some restrictions may apply and some exchanges may require an add on fee).

Products: If there is a problem with your product, we will accept returns up to 30 days from the day of purchase. This excludes some personal and health care items. You must bring the item being refunded into the store.

Gift Cards: There is no refund on gift cards however you may use the value of the card towards any service and/or product. If a gift card expires for a specific service or package purchased, that service/package will no longer be eligible at any special pricing at the time of gift card purchase, however the value of the gift card never expires and may be used towards the regular price of that service/package.
