A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It's used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body.

cupping service (60 min) - $130
Using the Traditional Chinese method of cupping, bring circulation and healing to specific areas of concern within the body. Pull out toxicity causing extra scar tissue, repair injuries and promote better mobility and less pain. Frequently used in conjunction with other TCM techniques. Helena will use a special herb ointment and facilitate static cupping for release or moving cups to loosen stiff muscles and ligaments. You should experience less pain and tension and have improved mobility post session.

helena luo (bodyworker)
Helena is a well-educated intuitive body worker. Her educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a Diploma in Counseling, a Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Program, 2 years of Shamanic healing, 1st year of Qigong/Shamanic/Channeling program and currently studying Manual Osteopathic Therapy.
She worked as a Structural Engineer for 9 years, 8 years as an advocate in social services, and just graduated from TCM. She is also registered in Osteopathic Therapy training starting in October. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and some Chinese dialects.
Candie Coburn (Bodyworker)
Candie has been a valuable practitioner of Salt Wellness for 4 years, and bodyworker for 7 years. She has finished her RMT training and is now a Registered Massage Therapist. She does preform bodywork massage services, however these can not be covered by extended benefits. She combines both Eastern and Western techniques with stretching, acupressure points, and moving energy through meridians, including deep tissue massage to relax tense muscles while invigorating your body’s blood flow and promoting health through proper relaxation,
Candie loves the challenge of working with those experiencing chronic pain, specifically in the neck and shoulders, hips and also those who suffer from headaches and sciatica. Her philosophy for all her work is based on removing obstacles that block our abilities to see, hear, feel and connect more intimately with our own mind, body and spirit.

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. All late cancellations or no-shows are subject to 50% of the regular price service fee.
To secure your appointment, we require a Credit Card on file. We only charge for services after they have been completed.
