Salt Wellness is hiring a Registered Massage Therapist to join its growing healing centre. 

This opportunity is designed for an RMT who wants to step into an established demand: the successful candidate will have the chance to take over a large client waiting list. Salt Wellness prefers applicants with 1+ year of experience, but recent graduates will be considered. The ideal therapist is passionate about holistic health, enjoys collaborating as a team member, and brings any additional health and wellness experience (considered an asset). 

Minimum requirements include CMTBC certification and personal liability insurance.

Salt Wellness offers part-time and full-time scheduling options, with 15–40 hours per week available and varying shift times/days. This can be an ideal fit if you are already working part-time elsewhere and want supplemental hours, or if you are new to the community and looking for a long-term clinic home. The centre supports client access and streamlined payments by offering direct billing to most insurers, including ICBC.

 Salt Wellness will handle the operational and administrative essentials so you can focus on patient care, including direct billing administration, appointment booking and payment, marketing and social media, and clinic overhead such as RMT supplies, cleaning supplies, janitorial requirements, and office expenses.

• Subcontractor split: 75/25

• Rate: $105/hour
