HOT STONE MASSAGE (60 MIN)

A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It's used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body.
CUPPING TREATMENT (60 MIN)
$150
Using the Traditional Chinese method of cupping, bring circulation and healing to specific areas of concern within the body. Pull out toxicity causing extra scar tissue, repair injuries and promote better mobility and less pain. Frequently used in conjunction with other TCM techniques. Helena will use a special herb ointment and facilitate static cupping for release or moving cups to loosen stiff muscles and ligaments.

This body contouring massage not only reduces toxicity and water retention but also tightens the skin and evens out muscle tone.
